Culture-wise, Sanofi is generally a good company, taking my experience from commercial analytics team. There are onsite and business opportunities depending on projects and business needs. Compensation is decent but not exceptional—better than many KPOs, IT, or consulting firms, but lower compared to other GCCs like Amgen or BMS. Increments and STI depend entirely on performance, so don’t expect a significant hike in your first year. The pay grade for L2-1 also varies by team.
waiting for the Foreign business trips haha
1. Hi the work culture depends upon the team you are assigned . Sanofi has separate team for analytics and to be honest, top level management is highly toxic. especially few team leads in Sanofi has no professional etiquettes and relavent experience at all. Even if you work you are expected to attend parties and drink with them (that too self paid ones). Some will try to judge you or you don't drink or don't attend the party. The sadest part is that it's less about work and more about work politics and power dynamics.
Great work culture within hub with strong emphasis on collaboration and recognition of good work. There are ample opportunities for onshore exposure, which helps in broadening business understanding and stakeholder management skills. The compensation structure is competitive, with good STI payouts and consistent annual hikes. Additionally, the organization encourages career growth through cross-domain opportunities via Gigs and Internal Job Postings (IJP).
