I was campus recruited by Wipro and joined on Feb,2018. As per Wipro training program for starting 3 months(Feb-Apr) I was paid Stipend but from May,2018 I was paid Salary. Due to this in my UAN records the employment start date is showed as May,2018. Now BGV team of Cognizant is asking me to share discrepancy for 3 months. I have shared all the required docs to BGV team like payslip for first 6 months in Wipro, Wipro offer letter and Wipro DOJ email. Still BGV completion keeps on denying.
