I need some advice. I’m the Director for a women’s only RTF. Everyone on site is my direct report, with the exception of the therapists (they report to the Clinical Director). The clinical director is not usually on site, since we have multiple locations, and she is the CD for the entire company. How do I keep my team engaged when I am also struggling to stay motivated?

Our department has had a lot of turnover within the last few months, all of which were from different reasons (school, family issues, opportunities close to home, etc.). It has been a challenge to divide the workload, while still trying to remain flexible and provide a work-life balance.
