I was interviewed at LTIMindtree, cleared all rounds and quoted my expectations between 22 to 24 LPA in the HR call and they said I am asking for a lot. I had an HR call again today saying their budget is 16.8 but I was rock solid on 19 and not below that. They'll get back to me again on this.

Suggest me how I can negotiate this to my best. I want the offer tho and am I really asking for a lot?

Anyone else feels that the Talent team at @Mindtree is sshiittyy? They don't give us updates after interviews and hang us in limbo. They don't have the courtesy to respond to messages, calls or emails. Can someone suggest how to highlight this?

I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer. However, there are no documents and they will revise it internally in the system. How can I prove this to MindTree?
