Not sure you can or even should. And if you did, I doubt they'd care. Probably just give you some nonsense about the benefits and growth opportunities making up for the lost pay.
You definitely should have gotten some sort of raise with a title change. That is how they get you though, they change you to salary and then expect you to work more than 40 hours and not get paid for it. Asking for more money doesn't make you ungrateful, it makes you human with bills to pay.
Should have done the math before accepting the promotion.

I’ve always heard that salaries Management positions are the same as working hourly. Which I think that’s crazy. Since you already accepted the offer.. do you think you can get another position at your company?
That was the plan all along.
I fought for my promotion and was put in a position to be paid more than my boss.
