I was recently put on a PIP at Accenture and resigned soon after. During my notice period, my Scrum master is assigning urgent tasks (including new ones), expecting immediate responses, and stay available even after office hours. I’m also receiving emails from Scrum master warning of “serious consequences” and citing policy violations if I don’t follow. Would appreciate advice from anyone who has faced similar situations,and whether termination during notice impacts the relieving letter.

Hi- I’m an hourly AA, been on the role for 6 months now and it’s my first AA job. I did not get a raise when I took the job because it was technically a demotion ( I was a team leader at a contact center). I assist two VPs and now they want to add a third because they’re looking for the “ 3:1 ratio “. Should I ask for a raise? Is this normal? I know another AA that handles 3+ people but idk if she’s hourly or salary. Any thoughts?

Lawyer Couples:
I’m currently an associate (no kids) in a very busy corp group (think 50-60 billable weekly). My wife works significantly less (currently part time, 10-15, but hopefully will be full time soon). I find myself getting upset when asked to help with basic household things (trash, cooking etc.) when she’s been lounging around watching Netflix all day. Am I being reasonable or am I a misogynist? How do you deal with one person having significantly more free time than the other?
