I was referred internally by someone I trust, but now I am wondering whether to mention that connection heavily in interviews or let my own background stand on its own. I do not want it to sound like I expect special treatment, but I also know referrals matter. How much do you lean into a referral once you are already in the process?

Does Next Gen issue a formal report for PGS testing results? I had my embryos tested and my clinic just told me which were normal and abnormal. No other info on embryos ratings, etc. they could have not even sent it in for all I know!
Also, how involved are you REs? I’ve been through 2 retrievals now, but feel kinda in the dark still on a lot of things. Some of the nurses are hit or miss and if I want to talk to my doctor I have to schedule a consultation and its typically a 2 week wait.
