I was working in London as a media planning exec for 2 years on a Grad Visa under Group M but they are not sponsor junior levels skilled worker visas, hence I had to go back to Singapore. I still am trying to relocate back to London after gaining more experience in the industry. Does anyone know of any media agencies that are sponsoring visas for 3-4 years of experience in the advertising industry?

By when salary will be credited to accounts? Can anyone say where can we find payslips?
