Hi all. I have a referral question. Long story short, I waited too long to apply for a SA role. I wanted to pass my PMP first (which I did on Friday) and went to apply to the role yesterday to see that it got taken down. I do have a friend who can refer me but does she have to wait for another posting to come up before she refers me? Or can she do it with an existing posting and I’ll get an internal link that isn’t attached to a specific posting? Did I lose my chance?

I gave 5 rounds in Kyndryl. Received email to fill form for background check which includes current org offer letter and pay slips. There was no discussion for salary and compensation.
When called HR.. both HRs are not receiving calls, neither responding emails.

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. Currently having 12.36lacs CTC, YOE 8, Business analyst skill, other skills power Bi, SQl, SAP Hana, before 1st round informed recruiter expected CTC as 20lacs not aware BOnus included in IQVIA.

Can owners demand you work a certain amount of hours a week if it’s 100% commission?

Good Morning. Here's my dilemma. I have an approved H1B application which got picked up in 2019-20 lot and approved in Jan 2020, before the world went into lockdown. The stamping process was initiated but it couldn't complete as the USCIS offices were shutdown die to the pandemic. I have watched patiently about all the regulations Trump Administration brought in to deny any entry to H1B applicants who weren't already working in the states or who were waiting to return.
