I will be leaving TCS by end of Dec 2022.My next employer is asking me to look for early release and buyout.If i complete till Dec end, I will get retention bonus of 50k.My query is, if I leave early will I get any retention bonus on pro rata basis or i won't get any?

Congratulations on the job offer. Your future employer might be asking about Buyout related details because he wants to avoid a scenario in which you get a better offer from a different company and join them.
Anyhow it's highly unlikely that TCS would give you an early release if you are already tagged to a project. An early release would be possible in case you are currently on bench.
In case they are ready to release you early, have a conversation with your future employer and ask for a joining bonus stating that you would miss out on retention bonus from TCS
