I will go on secondment in a month to US for 7 months and my salary now is 28 lpa. I would be making in USD when I go to canada, Im not sure how much. But when i come back to india and switch jobs, will I be offered a salary on my last drawn salary in india or US? Pl advice asap. Thanks

Just graduated with Aerospace Engineering degree. I am interviewing for multiple positions at once with different companies. One gave me an offer and they want me to get back to them within 2 days. I still have other interviews scheduled and some for higher paying jobs (around 90k) What should I do?
I do like the company that gave me an offer but their base pay was 80k and they went up to 85k. Is asking for them to match the 90k too much? The position is associate systems engineer.

I have 5+ years of experience and having 3 offers

1. Infosys -9.5 lpa
2. Wipro - 12.0 lpa
3. Mphasis -13.0 lpa
