Reviewing a salary offer for a Benefits Manager position in Greensboro, NC industry is retail. Offer made of $95k with 18% bonus. I have 16 YOE, degree in Business, and PHR and Shrm certification. Hi! After years of being a clinician (OT), I’m pivoting into project management. I’ve taken courses and worked on small scale projects outside of my normal role. I have found it difficult to secure a project manager role, but I did receive an offer for a project coordinator position within my organization, after a few rounds of interviewing. I have an interview with Korn Ferry for an associate principal role and am curious about others’ experiences have been with work-life balance here. Also, I have an idea of what I should be compensated in this type of role, but any insights on how they pay compared to others would be helpful.
