I work as a Sr IA at a F500 manufacturing company. I work with offshore teams every day in every timezone you can imagine including opposite time zones, every day. The super early morning and late night meetings is really turning me off to the job, and I was wondering how common it is having to deal with this at other F500 companies? Is it possible working with just US based teams in IA at large enterprises?

I'm not in sales per se but I manage my company's largest wholesale account ($150 million per/yr account). It's a great company, awesome culture, good benefits, flexibility, but the pay is not great ($60K/yr).
