I heard a few partners are going to be retiring in the next 4 years. There are only a few CPAs that are managers.

I don't have a CPA yet but plan on getting it soon so I can at least get my foot in at this opportunity which the firm would be at transitional period with succession planning. How would you know if you're going to be partner or on partner track?
