I worked as a freelancer for 5 years. No official experience. But I am well experienced. Recently I joined a UK company, work from home, 30 hours a week. Amd offering me 12Lakhs INR per month. But the company work culture is not fully set up yet. They don't have a work hierarchy. I handle a senior position, but have to work without any hierarchy. The founder/ CEO directly takes the reports from us. I have fear if this startup shut down or have fear on the unorganised work culture. Please suggest

I'm a PA in the PNW working for a private group staffing ED's in several hospitals. Recently the group has asked the PA's to take on a couple new roles (triaging and rapid track from triage i.e. straightforward ESI 4, 5). With these changes the PA's are considering asking for increased pay in the form of an addition of a COLA (cost of living adjustment) to our normal salary. Was wondering if any other PA's in the ED have these in their contracts and at what rate.

Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation

Epam anywhere offering 17 fixed + 50k joining bonus and Deloitte offering 15.75 fixed ( 2.5lakh + 10% variable). I am confused which one I should join. YOE-3.7 in cloud and devops. Please suggest guys.

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...
