I worked in BoA and can tell you it is one of the worst organisation in terms of career opportunities and growth. After joining here in non tech and more of finance operations role I realised people sitting at top are ex-servicemen or veterans which don’t know shit about the bank or finance as a whole. They keep pushing for discipline and they have no vision for team.
All the employees are stuck as they don’t have any skill left after working on obsolete tool and meaningless process.

I was told that “the last person to charge their actual hours worked was promptly booted off the project”.
