I wouldn’t recommend working at Qatos. The company is very small, and the owner expects everyone to take on multiple roles, which quickly becomes overwhelming. He often calls meetings on WhatsApp, wasting time with repetitive conversations, and adds people to calls without asking. His promises of bringing employees to the USA and negotiating salaries are false. The work culture is toxic, and the owner is self-centered, only caring about his own profit. Avoid it.

Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.


Anyone please advise.

I just accepted an offer in writing. The new job will start the background check next which I’ve been told it may take a while to complete. My start date at the new job isn’t until 2023 so there is some time for me to turn in my notice. I don’t anticipate any hiccups in the background check but is it wise to wait until the background check is complete before turning in my notice?
