I am about to receive the IBM offer letter. But i have not told them i am Alredy serving my notice and lwd is 2 month away. They will release offer letter as per 3 month notice.

I am SAP HCM consultant having 4.10 years of experience. I feel that this module doesn’t have any growth. My first switch took me to 9LPA from 6LPA and now the second switch is being offered for 11.5LPA where I can see my fellow friends in SAP having more than 15LPA at the same experience on their second switch itself.
