IBM is really a trash company don't trust it. I had completed all rounds of interview and last round was remaining and then HR started ghosting me and when I asked they considered new candidate.
Beware even after selecting the offer you might not be considered.

I’m being terminated at year’s end and the Bar still has not resolved discipline over a misdemeanor offense from which I just got completed diversion and expungement. Isn’t this just a total disqualifier for new work until I have a resolution?

My firm’s IT (especially system saving and file locating function) is so bad 😐😞 and they keep doing updates no one asked them for just to mess with the stuff we already got a hang of without doing anything about the issues we actually need fixed. Anyone else in a similar boat? Do you bill the client for the time it takes to fix the IT issue (or IT inefficiency generally, like time taken to find a file in a convoluted system)? Or is that supposed to be our non-billable time?
