Guys, I had very less HRA for April 2022 till August 2022. I was showing 1 lac annual rent .I joined new organisation in sept and now HRA is 43000 per month. I got an offer from IBM for 12.4 lpa (11.5 gross). No joining bonus.
I have another offer who are paying me 18.7 lpa (17 fixed + 1.7 var) + 1 lakh JB.
My current CTC is 10.75 (8.05 + var) and YOE 3.6
Is it possible to negotiate with IBM.
I have left with 45 days notice period.
