What’s considered a realistic turnaround for higher-end custom playables/gamified ads?How do ur teams scope projects when most assets are being created internally? Are teams typically handling this w/ larger creative teams, longer timelines, reusable systems/templates, etc?

If you see an open job posting at a company you want to work for, what steps do you take to apply? I’ve been told that cold applying and making no contacts is usually not going to lead to anything, and that’s been true in my experience. But should I reach out to someone first? Should i apply and then email someone? In HR? Or someone who’d be directly supervising me? Or someone at my level? And what should i say? Thanks!

How can one transition from a Visual/graphic designer in marketing to a product designer? And what’s it like being a product designer w a visual design background? Hi everyone, its my first time posting here but thought I'd ask for some advice on this.
am a beginner UXer with a design education background. I just got a job as UI Designer. I am super anxious. I am good at research to wireframing. But UI, never done it before... high fid, design systems etc are all so new to me. This is making me so insecure getting into the new job what if I make a fool of myself? What if I ruin projects and real client work? Should be excited but can't stop overthinking.

Is the UX/UI market over saturated with new designers or is there still room to enter as someone new? What field in design is up and coming? Branding? At one point I believed it was experiential design but now because of the pandemic I’m not so sure.

Question! I just moved(transferred) to another team of my company and received new title, graphic & creative services. I was a senior graphic designer at the previous team. What do you think about my new title? I know that title is not a big thing but why I feel like my title is downgraded here… Good thing is my jobs here at my current team are what I really wanted to do. This is amazing.
