If a person got joining bonus and wants to resign Capgemini before one year but last working day will be after completion of 1 year. In that case will the joining bonus still needs to return as resigning prior to 1 year completion or it will be considered as 1 year completed due to lwd is after 1 year.
Please provide some input on this if someone faced same situation or is aware of this policy.

I interviewed with capgemini for SAP ABAP role and my YOE is 4 years. Just 2 hours after my interview, I got a call from someone at Capgemini saying that I am selected.
They just asked my notice period and current location.I asked them, what is the next round going to be and they said that it is going to be salary discussion. But till now, no one has reached out to me.
Does it mean they got another candidate for same job?
If they get back to me, how much should I ask?
