If I don’t have a referral at a company and can’t secure one in time before I want to apply to a role, is the next best thing asking people at the company to point me to the right recruiter or hiring manager or somehow finding it out myself, and then directly emailing at least one of them (ideally both)? Has anyone had success getting interviews that way? I feel like some but not many people are actually directly emailing the recruiters or hiring managers
