I was interviewed for a perticular customer, which went well and also received an offer. Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired. What is your role in the mental health care system?

Hi everyone! I currently work in an outpatient setting doing individual therapy but am planning to leave my job. I have a handful of patients, some of which have been meeting with me consistently for over 2 years, that I suspect will want to remain in touch after I leave. Has anyone ever done this before? Mental health is busy, looking for tips to help manage tasks, currently I supervise 12 therapists in 3 different departments that are all different with unique dynamics in each dept.
