Hello, I am working in HCL Technologiesas L1 resource my CWL is nagpur but I want to change my working location . It was changed a few months back but they have referred back to nagpur again saying because of some policies so I asked for a project change thought it may be useful for location change, it's been 23 months in my current project I asked for release but my sdm is not willing to release. lol perfectly put. It basically means they think you’re personable and sensible enough to not be an embarrassment to the firm as one of the faces of its recruiting efforts. Nothing more, nothing less.
I’ve been on a PIP and probably going to be fired soon but still get asked to do interviews lol.

I am on the hiring committee and did multiple interviews but was pushed out this week…luckily I have something lined up for March.
We get a mass email from recruiting to all junior to mid level associates in our office asking our assistants for our availability to schedule SA interviews, so I don’t think it says anything about the firm’s view of us but other firms probably approach it differently

A firm i was at laid someone off 2 weeks after they interviewed summer associate candidates lol
