Offer in hand: 25 lpa (Capgemini)
I am asking for 27 lpa to EY GDS but HR says max they can offer for 6 years is 21 lpa.
Wanted to understand whats the offer standards in EY GDS.

Nope. Never skip your breaks. The work will still be there when you get back. If you're too busy to feel like you can take lunch, that's your boss's problem, not yours. Don't let it be the reason you sacrifice the limited free time you get during the work day.

Once you learn how to manage your work and realize it’s really never ending because it’s a business. . . You’ll begin to put yourself first. Take all of your breaks, faithfully. It is not a badge of honor to say I work all day with no breaks. You earned it. Health is wealth. :)
I definitely get my breaks in there, usually a dance break for cardio! l

I used to skip lunch often, but I’m Type 1 diabetic and it realllyyy started to take a toll on my health. So I carve out any time I can now, even if it’s just a few minutes.
I use to do this but then I got burned out! Now I make myself take my breaks and lunch.
