I see variable pay is 4.4 lacs how this works? I heard they use some application to monitor resources hours in front of laptop? is this seriously monitored? I have a long history working in independent schools with some experience in public school. I have held mid-level administrative positions in both environments. I was surprised to see how much effort public school principals put into diplomatic relations with parents. I understood why independent school directors did—-loss of tuition, negative “word-of-mouth” reviews.  Can someone here help me better understand what kinds of power and influence parents have in public school districts?
