Out of the three options, I would do a B.S. in computer science as it will give you the most options compared to networking/cybersecurity. With a B.S. in computer science you can do cybersecurity if you want to.
I would do either History or International Relations. All problems in cyber are just different ways of stating issues that have all been solved many times.
Would save my money and used it else where. Have a BS in IT with a concentration in networking. It was fairly worthless to be honest. Most of the stuff we learned was old and outdated at the time, the basic concepts were all that really needed to be taught but we had to learn specific systems that are long gone or were on the way out during the info being taught to us. I think I got more out of public speaking and psychology to help me in the corporate world.
Civil engineering
This is the right answer. So many comp sci grads are unemployed and my brother who’s a civil engineer got two offers within a month or two of searching.
