We’re struggling to find a bilingual hire with experience as a community manager, so we need to look at people who haven’t worked in the field before. What skills should we prioritize?

To find that kind of profile I recommend you to search freelancer agencies, it would be good to use something like Upwork, there is a lot of variety of profiles.

Hello, I am a human resources manager. That kind of profile is hard to get because it is a bit far-fetched, but it is good that you consider the option of training someone, it sounds fantastic. I would go for that option because if you train someone in your organization you will mold a professional to the taste of what you are looking for.

In my case I work for the human resources department in the sector of search for new talents, I invite you to use Linkedin, filter by language and if you have the premium option it will help you a lot to find the professional you are looking for.

The language issue is very important, but I believe that the knowledge of being able to manage communities is not easy to obtain, prioritize that part.

Prioritize skills such as communication, organization, customer service, attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work independently. If they are also proactive and seek education in the area on their own, even better.

Sharks and other fishes,
I need some career advice,
In my current company I think the development portion I've been given is kinda simple, I've asked my manager and seniors to level up my work and stuff, *which they did* but I kinda caught up.. now what should I do, should I ask them to level up again or look for better opportunities
Also, I had some Interest in CyberSecurity and I grinded it on my pre-final semester at Uni, should I try on that path as well or should I stick to development?
