Newbie to investing and never invested in a company that went through a reverse stock split.
In theory, I understand the market value should increase but I’m not seeing this reflected in the price and naturally my book value/ share is very disappointing.
A) When should I anticipate the stock appreciation to occur?
B) What’s the next move for companies that do this? Issue more shares?
TIA!

Pros and cons list is a good start, create another list and prioritize what your values are tho, then create a weight system (1-3/1-5) against each pro and con and value. Then look at the data and see what emerges.
Values examples would be commute, WLB, culture, salary, etc.

"I do love a spreadsheet so the finance girl in me just wants to put all the data in a spreadsheet ahah." I know that's a joke, but it's honestly a good idea. It's hard to make a solid evaluation based off the surface level stuff (salary, PTO, 401k match, etc.) alone. Putting in all that info - plus other benefits with real dollar values associated with them - into a spreadsheet should paint a much clearer picture.

So since, I have done exactly that, put absolutely everything in a spreadsheet and put ratings on them and it’s worked very well!

Spreadsheets can be a good starting point. Definitely consider things past just pay like benefits, office location, etc. Does the role align with both your work and personal goals?

Yeah I have added all that into the spreadsheet now and rated each section to see the overall score! It’s worked well :D
