My org has been flexible on RTO but has said they want everyone in office for specific meetings we have 2 days every quarter. These meetings work better in person. Travel is reimbursed. I’ve let my direct reports know that aside from those quarterly days, they can do what’s best for them. I have one direct who has been pushing back about the 2 days a quarter b/c he wants 100% remote & never wants to be in an office again. Am I crazy for thinking he’s being ridiculous? It’s 8 days a year total.

If Roe is overturned will women with IUD’s not be able to travel to states where they are considered abortifacients? Or will women with IUDs just not be able to *attempt to conceive a child* in those states? I am trying to process how the freedom to travel in the United States will change. Obviously if the answer is the latter, there shouldn’t be an impact on work trips, but the former restriction could cause issues.

Happy weekend Fishes! Is making to. Partner worth it? I am not concerned about the long hours etc. but a little bit about the travel and not staying with family 60% of the time.
