Hi,
My last working day was 11th Nov and I submitted my asset to TCS location and got the Initial release letter as well. Later on 17th or 18th of Nov, I got a message from TCS that they have sent the Packing material through Vendor, please accept it.
I didn't accept the material and cancelled it when the delivery boy came to my location.
So, is it going to create any problem in getting reliving letter? Share your thought please

Hi Fishes, I was asked for documents submission for CTS yesterday. Considering my interview was extremely good, can you please suggest how much can I expect from CTS?

Bain & Company I’m currently prepping for Bain & Company and McKinsey & Company interviews scheduled in the next 2 months. For those that interviewed with both, how would you suggest I tailor my preparation for each one? I understand McKinsey is interviewer led while Bain is the opposite. But other than that, is there anything else I should work on separately for each one?

every layoff of mine it is 2 weeks pay, PTO if I had an allowance, and COBRA that I couldn't afford
2 weeks + PTO paid out + 2 months of health insurance costs
IPG-2 weeks
How long were you there?
Ogilvy. 3 weeks + PTO pay out. I was let go on the 24th of the month and they had me as an employee until the first, so got benefits through that following month.
3 weeks is not great BUT I was actually surprised I got this. The expectation was on the floor.
They must have liked you because I know several people that didn’t get the next month
Would love to add, how long were you with your agency/holdco?
I got laid off from FCB with six weeks notice before my last day plus 2 months severance and two months of healthcare.
I was at FCB for 7 years, 10+ years total at IPG.
Omnicom agency. Not based in the USA. Work 2.5-3 years. Was offered 3 weeks notice plus 2 weeks severance. 5 weeks total. Declined and took it to an employment lawyer, got 9 weeks total, plus vacation days payout and a bit of runway on health insurance.
Accenture, had to stop working immediately but stayed “employed” until 1st day of the following month (about 3 weeks) and health insurance was good until the end of the next month. 2 weeks severance thereafter and paid out for 20 days of PTO i had accrued but not taken
i was there 2 years
Stagwell / a little under 2 years / was offered 2 and negotiated 4 weeks.
Starcom - Got 2 more paychecks because I was there for 2 years. Then like $675 not to sue or something? But I also weirdly had to work another 2 weeks. I also was eligible for unemployment
Publicis. 3 months severance. Was there of 18 mths.

Omnicom 2 weeks + PTO
I got a week a year, no PTO and I was there over 10 years.
1.5 months. Was at Dentsu for 4+ years. Not bad, judging by this thread.
