Why has it been so dang hard to move from banking to a strategy role in my industry or expertise? Or a start up? 90% of my applications have passed on me before even giving me a first round interview! I’ve been on over 6 deals, and wanting out and it’s been extremely frustrating! Is this considered taboo and is there any way a potential employer could find out if you weren't truthful about your current salary/bonuses?
