To people who have worked on both, what is the main difference in responsibility for a consultant working on a COTS delivery project compared to more bespoke agile one? I have experience in agile bespoke delivery, would I find it easy to switch to COTS implementation?

I currently make a TC of 210k in Midwest region working in cloud architecture consulting. I looking to find my next role outside of consulting while keeping or increasing my TC.
