Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.
Please help with the answer.

Hard to give any specifics without knowing anything about the company, goals, etc. I'd say try to figure out what the low-hanging fruit is to address specific pain points and take it from there.
Be the one with the solutions. If you see something that no one wants to take on, you do it and do and darn good job at it. Find more efficient and cost-effective ways to do things better.
Networking and being the fresh take on an old problem is you in. Foster relationships and if you can get the difficult clients to like and trust you, you're in.
Good sentiment but doomed to fail. I wouldn’t go in with this world changing mentality. Baby steps. Focus on the now, in this business who knows what 3-5yrs ahead looks like.
What I did was figure out which clients could give me some creative wins, not massive campaigns but smaller nimbler projects that I could still raise the creative bar on that. Then keep doing it until you have a nice pile of these. Upsell to other clients or cross network. Use case studies and awards to get more stubborn/risk adverse clients to let you do something more creative than last year. More creative (and more successful) year on year is the goal. Then boom, you wake up one day and realize things have changed for the better.
Which people are you talking about?
I’d think creative team. Or do you mean account team to demonstrate partnership? Management for quick credibility building by incremental growth?
Curious how it’s been.
Win the client over. Everything else will fall into place.
