I’m 5 months and my manager is putting me on a PIP. I’m worried because I go on maternity leave mid April I’m also worried about getting fired before then. I feel like this is literally the worst time because I can’t really look for a new job. As of right now I’m just not sure what to do. What question should I ask? Going into my meeting

1. Did you notify HR about your pregnancy yet? (Probably not) 2. Do you feel like your performance dipped due to how you felt in your first trimester? I ask because mine certainly did, I was beyond sick, so I quietly let HR and my manager know what was going on at around 4-5 months. Based on the feedback you receive in your PIP, I would self-assess in that way and then explain what’s going on to your manager with HR present. It’s a very delicate situation and I absolutely feel for you ❤️

I have got an addendum letter from Wipro today stating that my date of Joining has been extended by 45 days. My joining was in mid August. I have 2 options to Accept or Reject the addendum.

Two questions on job apps:
1. Do you include the duration of your projects that you're including in your application? I have several years of experience but am highlighting only the most relevant ones. But they are projects from a year or two ago.
2. Does anybody have advice in quantifying impact in the projects they've worked on for both resumes and interviews? I can put together high-level numbers (estimated X% in cost reduction, etc.) but none of these are obviously proven out.
