I’m a BA with around 10 years of experience, primarily in IT services across sectors.
Lately, I’ve been deeply interested in future technologies, especially Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, and AI/ML-driven transformation. I don’t come from a coding background. My goal is to evolve into a strategic role such as AI-focused Product Manager.
What would be the best way for someone like me to leverage their existing experience and pivot into future-tech role? Or any Advises?

Considering taking a position with a small-cap in the US trying to build their legal department. The title is standard “counsel” although the work would be with the senior leadership team and reporting to the GC in Europe. How reasonable is it to ask for a bump in title - Senior counsel or Head of Legal, US? If it matters, I am a 6th year and have been told that I will be expected to hire a junior or paralegal as we build up.

Hi Fishes.. 6 yoe in SAP SD, i got 2 offers one from Wipro14 lpa role tech lead and other from Infosys for 16lpa role consultant.. i feel in Wipro the role is good but package is very less and in Infosys the role less for my experience and package can also be revised.. what can i do.. need your valuable inputs if i can negotiate with anyone of the company or which i can choose..
