I’m a Network Security Engineer having 5 year of experience in firewall. Currently in Noida. I got an offer from Accenture and PwC noida. Currently confused which one to join as both are good in cybersecurity field. CTC is almost same and Accenture is 1 day week in gurgaon and Pwc asking 5 day (although I think it should be 2-3 days). Can anyone help which one I can join?

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.

Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.
Also would leaving IBM after 1 year look bad on CV?
