Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. I got an offer from PwC. The joining date that I had agreed from my side was 2 June. But I don't know that even in probation the NP is 90 days (it was mentioned in the release doc as 1 month but I didn't take that screenshot as proof). I told the whole issue to my recruiter and she sent a confirmation mail stating that she will revise my joining date by 90 days without issue. Is there any chance they can revoke the offer? An investment related query. I'm drawing 1 lac/month salary currently and serving notice period with lwd-26-Aug. So, do I need to show all the investment proofs that I declared here as it's only been 5 months in the fiscal year and PPF of 1 lac would make the 5 month salary (5 lacs) non-taxable, right?
