Well, you certainly don’t blend in with the greys.
Yes I’m green and everyone else is grey
That’s the B4 motto - everyone is a high performer (even people who aren’t very good at all). Make everyone feel special.
This scatterplot shows dots of all managers, including experienced managers who are about to be promoted to senior manager. This is maybe 50th percentile? Around half the dots are above and to the right which is only average for a manager but would be good given that it’s your first year as a manager.
So if someone is one of those last grey dots it’s bad? It’s just everyone is in the upper right. So I would think someone bad would be in one of the other boxes?
I’d consider that good for a 1st year. Presumably the people at the top right are more experienced so higher rated but you’re still clearly in the upper right quadrant

So everyone is a top performer in the upper quadrant? Sounds like EY’s Gold Standard, which is so diluted now it’s like, copper?
You guys get scatterplots??
1, 2, 3. 4 out the door.
When I was at Deloitte they used number rating. Most objective. I hate gold standard
