Hi everyone, I got an offer from Capgemini and the joining location is Pune but my preferred location is Noida. I saw on LinkedIn and other websites that Capgemini is hiring for the same role in NCR as well. Is it possible to get my location changed before joining? I went from agency to in house PR 1.5 years ago (I’m at a prof services firm in nyc). There are no boundaries for communication; everyone is expected to answer emails immediately at all hours and senior people respond in minutes between about 7am-11pm, at minimum. Is this normal in the corporate, non agency world? Not sure if this is just due to the pandemic and WFH, but I was under the impression that in house life would be more chill.
