If that person stepped in to the role of your boss, you would be expected to go to them. You report to whoever holds the position. However, each company is different, I would definitely respectfully ask before they see you as being disrespectful by not going to your appropriate boss.
Sounds like these people just got promotions.. not that they stepped into different roles.
Just ask questions in you 1 on 1 as to wether or not the reporting structure is going to change.
Until a change is communicated about reporting lines, it’s reasonable to assume your past boss remains your current boss. In your 1:1, ask your current boss whether s/he can clarify if the changes are impacting reporting lines. I’d be upfront that the new manager has been delegating to you, so you just want to be clear on expectations.
