I’m a specialist- having done my bosses job before so we consider each other peers until he needs something. Recently, our groups supervisor became manager which took my bosses role and my boss became director. I’ve been given no clear direction for who to report to, nor should I believe I should go to the new manager because I have yet to be told but also.. this new manager asks for me everything they need. Advice? My 1-1 is next week.

I loathe Monday morning meetings. We have a monthly team meeting at 8:00am PT and it makes me so mad! 😂 It’s always on a Monday, and I have the hardest time getting motivated for them. Normally I wake up at 6:30am, check the news, stocks, shower, eat breakfast, get dressed and start answering emails at 8am.. no speaking meetings until 10am. However, on the team meeting Monday’s, I’m scrambling to do my morning routine and get setup to present/share my screen.. I hate them. We all hate them lol!
