I'm currently looking for online jobs without certificate which can still be as my side hustle.

Find a new recruiter if that is someone who is working with you. If it’s just a random recruiter who found you, just put your feet in the sand. Tell them you really are interested, but you’re not willing to risk your current employment for them and their client.
One of two things will happen. They will accept it, appreciate your position, and work with you. Or they will move on to one of the other 500 people they sent a LinkedIn message to yesterday
Ask them to call you at a specific time. That does work. I’ve had situations where the time agreed upon went over or we had to reschedule but you can usually text them as well.

I always ask them to call me at specific times. I normally take my lunch at noon so I will let them know if they call between noon and one I can answer. I would try to give them a time to call you.
It’s rough trying to juggle both. Lately, I’ve been using my car as a quiet spot during lunch and calling from there. It’s the only way I can keep things discreet without skipping important calls.
