Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Some ideas/recommendations I’ve been seeing online (aka tik tok lol)
- get a copy of your official transcripts
- get a new drivers license if expiring within 25-29
- passport
- take some self defense lessons
- if comfortable/able get a water gun and cc license
- if not comfortable, pepper spray or the gel spray 👀
- try to back stuff up onto external hard drives (books, photos etc)
- if you are making a big purchase, do it now before the tariffs start
We most certainly are. Best you can, kill ‘em with kindness. Use compassion and patience to better educate those who don’t understand why this is so bad. Stand your ground but don’t stand still. And buy hard copies of the histories and stories you love that can easily be rewritten.
I killed them with kindness the first time. Then OBGYNs started leaving states that over regulate, women in Texas were put in dangerous situations, and states tried to pass laws punishing women for traveling to seek care in less Draconian states. The nail in the coffin was that the electorate voted for all of that AGAIN.
Fuck kindness. They have been educated and still made poor decisions.
I’ll be kind to those who want the help but have no pity for the women who voted for this and will have experiences that will cause them to regret their vote.

Realize we are looking at the possibilities of the worst at this time and it’s harder because all is unknown. Not being able to control what could happen is making you feel bad and a lose of control. Find away to manage your fears and it will help you feel better and understand what you can do.
