Looking for recommendations on Azure learning and certifications, specifically learning tracks for Systems Administrators and Engineers. I'm specifically looking for the MS equivalent of a VMware VCP course/certs.

I'm confused should I look for IT service desk jobs? Is there any growth in IT Service Desk Job. Or should I learn anything else for job change?

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. I am a decent candidate, my last 5 interviews were EY, McK, EY, McK and GS (last round, 1st round, last round, 2nd round, 1st round).
