Hi all, does anyone know of any recruiters or hiring managers that work in Affirm Inc. I've been applying for a couple of jobs with them . The role I have applied for I know lam a extraordinary fit for
100% and can help the company/ department succeed. I have a good deal of experience with this role and would love to talk to a recruiter or a hiring manager more about this. If anyone
could reach out to me if you have any information on that I would greatly appreciate it.
Can I get some likes please

Every company will have their own definition of roles. If you can, get the description of each role from your HR person. Then you can compare them to what you do day to day.
Typically, an EA is supporting at least one senior level leader (Director, VP, CEO etc) but even that can vary based on the business's structure.
Titles can be tricky because responsibilities often blur. If you're supporting leadership more directly or taking on tasks beyond admin basics, a conversation about your title (and salary) is definitely worth having.
Going based off of what I see, EA is usually working with more senior members. But really cannot be said enough that it varies a lot between companies. Sometimes even within the same one. Would second finding out what exactly each job description states and what is expected.

Check out https://globalskillsmatrix.com/ and see where your duties fall. That could help with the right title.
It’s the money hunny! You support more people at a higher level therefore, your salary is greater, but the duties are the same pretty much
This. Its a much higher pay rate for an executive assistant because you are typicaly supporting people who are higher up. That does often mean there can be a higher demand hence the difference in pay. But like this comment said its usually the same duties.
Executive level you tend to have more confidential items as well.
