"Culture fit" 🤮🤮🤮. Because evaluating applicants based on what's on their resume would be foolish. If it's really concerning you, practice. Arm yourself with anecdotes you can easily slip into conversation that'll show you've got more personality than they might otherwise think.
Hey fellow introvert. I turn up the enthusiasm during interviews because I know I need to show more engagement than what is natural for me. Once I am hired, I go back to my normal self.
I wouldn't worry about that in the interview, as you'll be talking to people and won't really have an opportunity to avoid being sociable. Culture fit can be a pretty broad term, and in its most benign form it just means being reasonably personable. My sense of it is that companies won't mind introverts, what they don't want are people who are disagreeable and create a lot of pointless drama.
