I’m beginning to think about starting my own agency, - I’ve seen a big need for in house design team support, primarily on the marketing side of the house. Would an embedded agency model be interesting for hi growth tech companies? Where their in house creatives can work with an external team to help support their creative needs at a flexible cost?

Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend.
