How long does it take to hear back after your final interview for an in house counsel role? I did the final round of interviews for a Bay Area company last Monday and still haven't heard anything. No rejection yet, but the longer I hear nothing, the more I worry they're not confident I'm the right fit.

I have gotten a verbal offer from Facebook, but I just had my phone screen interview with the hiring manager at Amazon yesterday. I want to reach out to the recruiter at Amazon and let them know what the timeline looks like. I would much rather have the Amazon job over the Facebook one. But I’m afraid if I decline Facebook then Amazon won’t happen. I’m just completely lost.

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

Currently interviewing for a role at Amazon that is listed as a CW position, but I have direct experience in the product and capabilities this role is seeking, and the hiring manager is moving me forward. What is the likelihood that if I tried to negotiate from a CW to FTE, I would get the position?

I was interviewed in TCS for the position of Linux admin and i have cleared all the rounds, and i have accepted the salary brakeups also. How long can it take to get a offer letter from TCS. It's been 3weeks, when I checking with HR they just tell we have sent for approval. And in the tcs portal the application status is "Evaluation in process". Can some please suggest.

I sent my resume in PDF to the headhunter. He put it in Word, reformatted the sections, changed some languages, sent it back to me for my review. Then he set up a call with me to go through all possible questions I may be asked in the interview, and give me sample answers. Now I’m confused

What do you tell a recruiter asking about other potential offers/interviews? For context, completed my rounds of interviews with this company and they likely want to know my timeline to provide a decision

My company went toxic in the last couple months. Chose me and started interviewing. Had a very successful interview with Amazon but recruiter is working hard trying to place me and said there’s no knowing how long to find a team. Meanwhile I just received a Director offer for a company with a 29% pay bump July 1. Fellow introverts...can I only advance in my career if I take on a leadership role? The thought of this terrifies me. My current boss hasn't exactly given me the confidence that would reassure me that I'm leadership material. He constantly questions my design choices, which I'm able to defend.
