So, I am currently in-house at a retail company looking to move to agency side. I really want to be in an environment that is doing more branding work than anything. I don’t mind some (CONT)

What do you do when you absolutely love the work you do and the content you're making but you are just completely done with an incredibly difficult and unnecessarily demanding team. I don't think i can handle working with these people anymore, I'm so entirely burnt out, but i absolutely hate that my only option is to just leave the work i like doing and that I'm proud of. And I work in a very niche industry so i can't just do the same thing somewhere else.

I discovered I was gifted about two years ago. It made me realize that the reason why I was ‘weird’ was because I was different. It took me almost 2 years to understand that I shouldn’t hide my difference. I love the way I think but it’s not typical. And I get very frustrated when I’m asked to do things the same way another ‘typical’ person would’ve done them (no judgement!). Anyone in the same situation?
